After 10 years as Director of Public Programmes with Management Centre Europe (MCE), the European headquarters of the American Management Association (AMA), Hervé founded Bosquet & Associates in 1987.
The Brussels-based consultancy practice specializes in whole-systems change interventions. Hervé collaborates with a worldwide network of associates who use systemic thinking and approaches to bringing about change in organisations. He advised and trained executives in multinationals, IGOs and INGOs around the world.
Hervé headed up the Brussels Convention Bureau between 2002 and 2015. As of 2010 he started laying the foundations for what would later become the Brussels Association Bureau.
He currently advises the Global Association Hubs Partnership (GAHP) which Brussels, Dubai, Singapore and Washington, D.C. launched in 2015. The four partner cities joined forces to help associations grow.
Hervé holds a master’s degree in Economic and Social Sciences and an Executive BAM from Columbia University.
